The front has a colorful illustration of a boy penguin with a green scarf, and text that reads “It’s a BOY!”

The back is a fill-in-the-blank style that reads "Please join us for a Baby Shower honoring” and the following fill-in-the-blank fields:  "Mom, Date, Time, Place, RSVP, and Registry.” The back also has colorful illustrations matching the front of the card.
