Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 12

About This Album

Most of this album is made for sleep, and the five lullabies share one quiet theme, the moon and stars watching over a little penguin at night. In Little Penguin Lullaby, Bebo falls asleep in his cozy igloo and dreams of swimming fish deep in the ocean. My Stuffie Lullaby is for any child who needs a hug at night, as Bebo holds his teddy bear close and learns he is never alone. Hi There Moon Lullaby flies a sleepy little penguin through the stars to say hello to the moon. In Stars Are Shining Bright Lullaby, a glowing star stops outside the bedroom window and takes him on a dream across the night sky, and in Close Your Eyes Lullaby, he dreams of sliding on the ice with friends as snowflakes fall outside.

The two playtime songs could not be more different. Daddy's Little Girl is a sweet song about a little penguin girl and her dad, full of hugs and laughs. Police Chase Song is all action, with the officers turning on their flashing lights and racing through town after a red fox who has been stealing things.
