🎵 Song Lyrics

There's a dream path
On your face
That it will take you to rest
It was taught to me by stars
Gently guarded in my hands

Between your brows
And down your nose
Like a slide my finger flows

Down your cheeks
Along your chin
Leading you where dreams begin

Angel face
Innocence
All is new
Except my love for you

Overwhelming
Tenderness
A love greater than any dare

There's a dream path
On your face
That it will take you to rest
It was taught to me by stars
Gently guarded in my hands

Between your brows
And down your nose
Like a slide my finger flows

Down your cheeks
Along your chin
Leading you where dreams begin

Angel face
Innocence
All is new
Except my love for you

Overwhelming
Tenderness
A love greater than any dare

About This Song

Dream Path Lullaby is a soft bedtime song about the loving bond between Mommy Penguin and her baby. On a snowy night under a bright crescent moon, warm light glows from the doorway of an igloo. Inside, Bebo the penguin rests in a straw nest, snuggled against Mommy Penguin as she wraps her wing around him.

As Bebo falls asleep, Mommy Penguin traces a gentle dream path on his face. Her finger moves between his brows and down his nose like a little slide, then along his cheeks and chin. The words say the stars taught her this path, and that it leads Bebo to his dreams.

Mommy Penguin looks down at his sleeping face with love. Everything in his world is still new, except her love for him, which has been there from the start. She keeps him close in the warm nest, safe and calm, while the snowy trees stand quiet outside the igloo.
