🎵 Song Lyrics

One two three four

First day of school
First day of school
Just be yourself
And you are going to do great

First day of school
First day of school
Don't be afraid
Cause buddy you are the best

Everything's new
Teacher classroom
New friends and books
Oh it sounds so cool

Grab your bag
And your biggest smile
Cause school was made
Was made for having fun

Two three four

First day of school
First day of school
Just be yourself
And you are going to do great

First day of school
First day of school
Don't be afraid
Cause buddy you are the best

And if you feel scared
On your first day
Don't hesitate and talk to a friend

Being nervous is normal
But you can transform
Your nerves into courage
Like superheroes

Two three four
Just be you
Embrace the new
You'll have a great day
A great day at school

About This Song

First Day of School is a happy and upbeat song about Bebo the penguin and the little penguins getting ready for their very first day at school. With their bags on their backs and their biggest smiles, Bebo, Okee, Makaio, Nora and Mia walk up to the big red brick school, excited for something new.

Inside, the little penguins walk down a long hallway lined with blue lockers. Everything is new, from the teacher and the classroom to new friends and books. It all sounds so cool. Bebo reminds his friends to just be themselves, because they are going to do great.

In the classroom, the little penguins sit at their desks with their books open, ready to learn. Then they dance and play in a bright room full of big letters and numbers. Their teacher, Mrs. Glacier, stands by the green board that says Leigha Marina class, welcoming everyone.

If anyone feels scared on the first day, they can talk to a friend. Being nervous is normal, and they can turn those nerves into courage, just like superheroes. Bebo heads to the school gym with his backpack, where the other little penguins are already playing, ready for a great day at school.
