Bedtime Lullaby

Green Trees Lullaby

Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 3 • Track 1 • Album released February 8, 2023

Green Trees Lullaby by Leigha Marina is a soft bedtime song about baby Lono getting sleepy after a long, fun day of play. Lono sits on a glowing crescent moon and floats through the stars with his favorite toys, like his dinosaur, his little car and his robot. When his eyes grow heavy, he counts one, two, three and thinks of tall green trees on soft white clouds until he falls fast asleep.

🎵 Song Lyrics

How was your day today
How was your day today

I'm sure it was fun to play
With so many toys
So many toys

But now our eyes are getting heavy
I'm feeling a little sleepy
Look at the stars in the sky
Up above so very high

Let's close our eyes
And think of green trees
On my count here we go
One, two, three

Let's close our eyes
And think of green trees
On my count here we go
One, two, three

You had such a great day
I'm sure it was fun to play
With toys oh so many
So many toys so many toys

Let's close our eyes
And think of green trees
On my count here we go
One, two, three

Let's close our eyes
And think of green trees
On my count here we go
One, two, three

One, two, three

About This Song

Green Trees Lullaby is a soft and gentle bedtime lullaby about baby Lono getting sleepy after a long, fun day. Lono sits on a big glowing crescent moon high in the starry night sky. He had such a great day, and it was so much fun to play with so many toys.

Lono puts on a space helmet and floats through the stars. All his favorite toys float around him, like his toy dinosaur, his little car and his robot. Lono spins and plays among the planets, smiling as his toys drift by.

But now Lono's eyes are getting heavy, and he is feeling a little sleepy. He looks up at the stars, shining up above, so very high. It is time to close his eyes and think of green trees. On the count of one, two, three, tall green trees appear, floating on soft white clouds.

Lono curls up on the crescent moon and closes his eyes. The stars twinkle all around him, and baby Lono falls fast asleep.
