About This Song

I Got Lost is a sweet and helpful song about Bebo the penguin, who wanders away from Mommy Penguin and needs to find his way back. Bebo and Mommy Penguin walk down the street together, holding hands. Suddenly, a pretty pink butterfly flutters by and catches Bebo's eye.

Bebo lets go of Mommy Penguin's hand and follows the butterfly all around. He runs down a park path and all around the playground. When he stops and looks around, he cannot find Mommy Penguin anywhere. Bebo is lost, and he feels scared.

Bebo asks the butterfly to help him. The butterfly tells him to stay calm, because he will be fine and his mommy is coming for him. She shows Bebo how to breathe in and out, so calm goes in and fear goes out. Then she tells him to stay right where he is and shout his mommy's name out loud.

Bebo calls for Mommy Penguin again and again, and soon she comes running. She hugs Bebo tight and thanks the butterfly for helping him. The butterfly reminds Bebo to always hold his mommy's hand, and Bebo waves goodbye to his new friend.
