🎵 Song Lyrics

There was a little bird
Who tried to find a friend
But no one he could found
That had two wings to fly

No hedgehog
No mouse
No lizard
No ant
Could fly up in the sky
And play with him around

Little bird
Don't be afraid
Cause it's not long
To find
What you're looking for

There was a little bird
Who tried to find a friend
But no one he could found
That had two wings to fly

No squirrel
No mole
No gecko
No worm
Could fly up in the sky
And play with him around

Little bird
Don't be afraid
Cause it's not long
To find
What you're looking for

Tired and sad
Of searching a pal
Flew back to the sky
And saw two bright eyes

Cute rainbow colored feathers
Two wings just like he searched
Came flying fast
To tell him hi

Hey i was watching you from above
Talking to every friend in the prairie
Hoping you came here
Do you want to play and fly with me

Oh sure it seems i was looking in the wrong place

Catch me if you can

Wait wait

Cause it's not long to find
What you are looking for

About This Song

Little Bird's Tale is a sweet and playful story song about a little blue bird who wants to find a friend to fly with. The 5 little penguins sit together and open a big storybook, and the tale of the little bird comes to life.

The little blue bird flies across the sky, looking for a friend with two wings. He flies down to the green meadow and meets a hedgehog, a mouse, a lizard in a tree and a little red ant by an anthill. None of them can fly up in the sky and play with him.

The little bird keeps searching. He meets a squirrel, a mole, a gecko and a green caterpillar crawling on a branch, but none of them can fly either. Tired and sad, the little bird flies back up into the sky.

Then he sees two bright eyes. A pretty pink bird with rainbow colored feathers and two wings comes flying fast to say hi. She was watching from above as he talked to every animal in the meadow, and she asks if he wants to play and fly with her. The little blue bird says yes, and the two new friends race across the sky, playing catch me if you can.
