Bedtime Lullaby

Ocean Lullaby

Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 19 • Track 3 • Album coming October 23, 2026

Ocean Lullaby by Leigha Marina is a gentle song about Bebo the penguin floating in a small wooden boat at night. With a lantern beside him, he watches fish swim below as soft waves rock his boat. A blue whale slowly passes by while Bebo asks the ocean to help him feel calm and let go of his fears. The quiet music and ocean sounds make this song a peaceful choice for bedtime or a quiet break.

🎵 Song Lyrics

Dear ocean hear my call
Give me calm this night and all
Waves that come that come and go
Ceaseless soft and slow

In a little boat
Let me gently float
Rock me in your tide
I’ll rest by your side

Seashells hum your lullaby
Let my fears dissolve tonight

Dear ocean dear ocean
Dear ocean hear my call

About This Song

Bebo floats across the ocean in a small wooden boat, with a glowing lantern beside him. Little fish light up the water below, and a blue whale passes near the end of the cartoon. These quiet details give the song a story without filling it with action.

Ocean Lullaby speaks directly to the sea. The lyrics ask the ocean for calm, imagines seashells humming, and welcomes the gentle rocking of the tide. The words “Waves that come that come and go” return to the same steady motion that carries Bebo’s boat.

Rather than counting down to sleep or asking a child to close their eyes, this lullaby stays with one peaceful scene: a little boat resting on the water.

A Quiet Moment Together

After watching, ask your child which detail they remember: the lantern, the glowing fish, or the whale. Then put the screen aside and listen together.

You can sing “Dear ocean hear my call” softly or imagine the little boat floating while you sit close. There is no need to turn the song into a lesson. Let the ocean scene be something quiet you share.
