🎵 Song Lyrics

My love the night is near
Close your eyes i'm right here
The stars are watching so bright
Sleep now baby all through the night

Sleep little one drift off slow
Dream of the places you'll soon go
I'll be here by your side
I'll always be by your side

Time to rest your mind
Don't you worry you'll be just fine
The stars are watching so bright
Sleep now baby all through the night

Sleep little one drift off slow
Dream of the places you'll soon go
I'll be here by your side
I'll always be by your side

Sleep little one drift off slow
Dream of the places you'll soon go
I'll be here by your side
I'll always be by your side

About This Song

Sleep Little One Lullaby begins in a quiet village at night. Snow covers the wooden houses, pine trees, and nearby mountains. Lanterns light the paths, and a crescent moon shines above the rooftops in a sky full of stars. Inside one of the houses, Bebo the little penguin rests in a wooden bed with a soft pillow and a warm blanket.

Mommy Penguin stays close as Bebo gets ready to sleep. They look out through the round bedroom window at the night sky. Then Mommy stands beside his bed while he settles under his blanket, decorated with stars and bears. A small star lamp gives the room a soft light.

The words offer Bebo a simple promise: he is not alone, and Mommy will stay by his side. There is no need to worry or hurry to sleep. He can rest his mind, close his eyes, and dream about the places he may go. The same loving promise returns each time the chorus comes around.

Soon Bebo lies quietly with his eyes closed while Mommy remains beside him. Outside the window, snowflakes fall past the house. The story ends with the village resting under the moon and stars, while warm light still shines from the windows. With its slow melody and loving bedtime scene, this lullaby feels calm and safe.
