🎵 Song Lyrics

It's time to sleep
Nothing to worry about
The stars are out
The stars are out

Nothing to do
Close those eyes
The stars are out
The stars are out

The world is quiet so quiet
The lights the lights are low
The world is quiet so quiet
The lights off they go

It's time to sleep
Drifting through the night
The moon is bright
The moon is bright

Nothing to do
Sleep so tight
The moon is bright
The moon is bright

The world is quiet so quiet
The lights the lights are low
The world is quiet so quiet
The lights off they go

The world is quiet so quiet
The lights off they go

About This Song

The World Is Quiet Lullaby is a slow bedtime song about a snowy village settling down for the night. A bright crescent moon hangs above the houses, and snow falls over the roofs, trees, and winding paths. Warm light shines from the windows as smoke rises from the chimneys. An owl flies above the village while everything below stays calm and still.

Inside his wooden bedroom, Bebo the penguin is already asleep. He rests on a white pillow under a dark blue blanket covered in stars. A small lamp shines beside his bed, and a string of star lights surrounds the window. His books and toys sit nearby, with a teddy bear beside the low shelf.

Glowing yellow stars float around Bebo’s bed while he sleeps. A large bright star also appears outside his house, shining against the snow before drifting away. The words return to the stars in the sky and the bright moon, gently reminding him that there is nothing to do and nothing to worry about.

As the lights in the village go dim one by one, Bebo stays tucked under his blanket with his eyes closed. Through his bedroom window, the owl can be seen flying across the dark sky. It later rests on the snowy roof near the chimney, with the moon above and snow still falling around the house.
