Shipping policy

At Leigha Marina, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Most items are shipped between 2 and 5 business days. Once in a while, especially around holidays or due to other factors, an additional day or two might be needed.  Once items are shipped, they may take 2-5 business days to arrive domestically and up to 25 days to arrive internationally.

Please note that as we fulfill orders from multiple locations, not all items will be shipped from the same location. As a result, if you order multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and they may arrive on different days and be delivered by different carriers. Some items may ship faster and arrive sooner than others.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

• We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
