The front has a colorful illustration of three bees, and text that reads “Mommy to Bee.”

The back is a fill-in-the-blank style that reads "Have you heard the buzz? There’s a new Mommy to Bee! Help us shower” and the following fill-in-the-blank fields:  "Mom, Date, Time, Place, RSVP, and Registry.” The back also has colorful illustrations matching the front of the card.
