The front has a writing that reads "What's your guess" with check marks in front of "Boy or a Girl" cute text written in hot pink and baby blue. It also has a name suggestion line for guests to fill in the blank with their own name suggestions.  

The back has text that reads "Wishes for Baby" and blank lines to fill in notes and wishes for a new baby with hot pink, baby blue and white border that is matching the front of the card.
