About This Song

Eat Your Veggies is a fun and upbeat learning song about Mommy Penguin teaching Bebo the penguin why vegetables are so good for him. Bebo sits at the kitchen table with a big bowl of salad, but he does not want to eat it. So Mommy Penguin explains that vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals. Eating them makes you strong and gives you energy all day long.

Suddenly, the vegetables come to life. A tomato lifts weights, a cucumber does yoga and a yellow pepper works out with dumbbells. Makaio swings across the monkey bars, strong and full of energy. A potato, an onion and an eggplant stretch together, while a carrot lifts weights next to a calm head of lettuce.

Then come carrots, broccoli and peas, celery, beets and squash, spinach and tomatoes. They all help the little penguins grow. Nora and Mia smile, Bebo grabs some spinach and Okee waves to a tomato. There are green beans, cucumbers, kale, cabbage, artichokes, mushrooms, peppers and onions too.

To have a happy mind and a superhero body, the little penguins make a rainbow bowl full of veggies. Bebo thanks Mommy Penguin, and the 5 little penguins dance together with all their vegetable friends.
