Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 4

About This Album

This album covers a big part of a young child's day. Don't Splash Water On Your Shirt teaches handwashing step by step, before meals and after outdoor play. In Tasty Flavors, the little penguins try tacos, ice cream, pizza, lemonade and coffee to learn the difference between sweet, sour, spicy, salty and bitter. Eat Your Veggies answers a question many kids ask, why do we have to eat vegetables, with carrots, broccoli, spinach and peppers. The Doctor Song makes a checkup feel less scary, with a stethoscope, a look at a sore throat and a lollipop for being brave.

Other songs are about good manners and good friends. Hello Song starts the day with a wave and a smile, and Thank You shows how those two words can brighten someone's day. Sleep Over is all about movies, popcorn, pillow fights and sleeping bags at a best friend's house. The Balloon Song teaches colors with balloons that pop or fly away, and Sunshine Oh Sunshine celebrates a warm day when the sun helps plants grow.

In Pillows In The Sky Lullaby, a little penguin wonders if the clouds are pillows and the stars are tiny flies, and Mommy Penguin explains before bedtime. Fall Asleep Lullaby rocks a baby close like a sleepy little monkey, and Daddy Is Going To Sing You A Lullaby promises a night light and a dad who will be there in the morning.
