Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 15 • Track 1 • Album released December 24, 2025

Left and Right by Leigha Marina is a fun learning song that helps children tell left from right. Bebo the penguin is riding his bike through the snow with Okee, Makaio, Nora and Mia when he isn't sure which way to turn. His friends help him practice by pointing, raising their wings and stepping with their feet to the left and to the right. When the path splits in two, Bebo is ready to make his turn.

🎵 Song Lyrics

Brum brum brum I am the fastest penguin ever
Oh oh

Turn right turn right Bebo

Oh when I ride my bike
I can go left or right
But turning is too hard
When I don't know the sides

Oh don't you worry
It's easy

This is the left
This is the right
This is the left
This is the right

This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight
This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight

It's easy
Right is when I do thumb-up
And left is where my heart is at boom boom

Now let's try with our hands
You raise the one I say out loud

Right
Left
Right
Left
Left
Right
Right
Left

Well done penguins
Now with our feet
Right
Left
Right
Left
Right
Right
Left
Left

Now let's try
Going to a side

Right side
Left side
Right side
Left side

This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight
This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight

This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight
This is the left eft eft
This is the right ight ight

Ok make way everyone
Cause I'm going to turn right hahaha

And now you know the sides

About This Song

Left and Right is a cheerful song about learning directions during a bike ride. Bebo the penguin rides a red bike alongside Okee, Makaio, Nora, and Mia. Their colorful bikes have baskets on the front, and the path runs between snowy pine trees with tall mountains behind them. Bebo enjoys riding fast, but when he needs to turn right, he is not sure which way to go.

The other little penguins help him practice before they continue their ride. Together, they point to the left and right as large colored arrows appear above them. A red arrow points left, and a green arrow points right. The repeated words match the directions they show with their wings.

Next, the little penguins raise their wings as each side is called out. Then they practice with their feet, lifting the right or left foot and stepping to either side. The directions change throughout the song, so they listen for which side comes next. Bebo practices with the group instead of staying worried about his turn.

Back on their bikes, they reach a place where the path splits in two. A sign has a red arrow pointing left and a green arrow pointing right. The little penguins turn their bikes toward the different paths. Bebo is ready to try his right turn, and the group continues riding through the snowy trees.
