Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 15

About This Album

This album is mostly lullabies, and many of them take place on cozy winter nights. In Star Bright Star Light Lullaby, Bebo the penguin sees his favorite star crying outside his window because she lost her shine. He wipes her tears and cheers her up with jokes, songs and funny faces until she glows again and carries him high above the snowy village. In Goodnight World Lullaby, Bebo says goodnight to the snow, the stars, the sea and the seals beside a glowing Christmas tree. Igloo Lullaby brings him home after a day of sledding, where he puts away his scarf and mittens and turns down his lantern. In By Your Side Lullaby, Mommy Penguin stays beside Bebo's bed as snow falls and the moon rises, and Little Thing I Love Lullaby is about how a child turns a house into a home.

The two playtime songs come first. In Left and Right, Bebo loves riding his bike fast, but turning is hard when he does not know which side is which, so Okee, Makaio, Nora and Mia show him with pointing, raised wings and steps. Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover follows Bebo as he thinks he knows all about the new penguin with big round glasses down the street, until he sees his new neighbor's amazing painting and they become best friends.
