About This Song

Let's Eat Healthy is a fun and upbeat learning song about Bebo the penguin and his friends Okee, Makaio, Nora and Mia visiting a snowy farmers market full of fresh fruits and veggies. Mommy Penguin and Grandma Penguin are working at the market, selling fruits and vegetables. The little penguins walk from one stand to the next, ready to try something new.

First, Mia shares a yellow banana with Bebo. Bananas are full of potassium. Next, Nora gives Bebo a juicy red apple, sweet and full of fiber.

Then Okee shows Bebo some green spinach, which is full of iron and helps little penguins grow strong. Makaio picks up an orange carrot with vitamin A inside, which is good for their eyes.

Soon the little penguins find a cart full of sweet treats. Cake and sweets are delicious but not very healthy, so they enjoy just one tasty treat once in a while. Okee and Makaio run off to the sweet cart, and Mia enjoys a little chocolate treat.
