Bedtime Lullaby

Maybe My Baby Wants To Sleep Lullaby

Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 2 • Track 31 • Album released October 28, 2022

Maybe My Baby Wants To Sleep Lullaby by Leigha Marina is a gentle bedtime song about Bebo the penguin, who can fall asleep just about anywhere. Maybe he wants to sleep on a carousel pony in the clouds, on a cotton candy cloud or in a little boat rocking on the water. Maybe he wants to count sheep in a field, slide down a rainbow into his crib or snuggle up on the moon under the twinkling stars.

🎵 Song Lyrics

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
On a carousel riding his pony

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
Curled up in the clouds eating cotton candy

Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby falls asleep

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
In a little boat rocking just for him

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
In a pretty field counting jumping sheep

Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby falls asleep

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
Sliding down a rainbow ending in his crib

Maybe my baby wants to sleep
Rocking on the moon watching stars twinkling

Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby
Maybe my baby falls asleep

About This Song

Maybe My Baby Wants to Sleep is a soft and gentle bedtime lullaby about Bebo the penguin, who can fall asleep just about anywhere. Maybe he wants to sleep on a carousel high in the clouds, riding his pony as it goes slowly around and around.

Maybe Bebo wants to sleep curled up on a soft cloud under the moon, with sweet cotton candy to eat. Or maybe he wants to sleep in a little wooden boat, rocking gently on the water just for him under the bright full moon.

Maybe Bebo wants to sleep in a pretty field, counting the sheep as they jump past the farm. He lies down in the soft grass, and his eyes close. Maybe he wants to slide down a rainbow that ends right in his crib.

Or maybe Bebo wants to sleep on the moon, watching the stars twinkle all around him. The sleepy moon wears its cozy nightcap, and Bebo snuggles up under his soft blanket, resting on the moon above the clouds as he falls fast asleep.
