🎵 Song Lyrics

Hey baby
Yes

Are you ready to take a bath
No I'm not
Do you like bubbles and water splash
Yes sounds fun

Taking baths is so much fun
Bubbles bubbles water splash
Taking baths is so much fun
Now I don't want to get out

First shampoo for your hair
You are going to look great
Rub until the foam appears
And your head gets really clean

Rinse it off carefully
Close your eyes enjoy the feel

Taking baths is so much fun
Bubbles bubbles water splash
Taking baths is so much fun
Now I don't want to get out

Soap and sponge
Are like best friends
Rub and bubbles will come next

Clean your hands and your feet
Clean your arms and your belly

Clean your neck and your legs
Clean your chest and your face

Taking baths is so much fun
Bubbles bubbles water splash
Taking baths is so much fun
Now I don't want to get out

Now towels go in and penguins come out
Time to dry and shake it all about
Shake it all about
Shake it all about
Shake it all about until you dry out

Taking baths is so much fun
Bubbles bubbles water splash
Taking baths is so much fun
Now I don't want to get out

About This Song

The Bath Song is a fun and upbeat song about Mommy Penguin giving baby Lono a bubbly bath. Lono sits on the playroom floor with his teddy bear when Mommy Penguin asks if he is ready to take a bath. At first Lono says no, he is not ready. Then Mommy Penguin asks if he likes bubbles and water splashes, and Lono thinks that sounds fun.

Lono waddles into the bathroom in his diaper and climbs into the big white tub. Water and bubbles splash all around him. Mommy Penguin squeezes shampoo onto his head and rubs until the foam appears and his head gets really clean. Then she rinses it off carefully while Lono closes his eyes and enjoys the feel.

Next come the soap and sponge, which are like best friends. Mommy Penguin rubs the yellow sponge over Lono, and bubbles pile up all over him. She cleans his hands and feet, his arms and belly, his neck and legs, and his chest and face. Lono splashes and plays, and now he does not want to get out.

Then the towels go in and the little penguin comes out. It is time to dry off, so Lono shakes it all about until he is dry.
