Leigha Marina Nursery Rhymes and Kids Songs, Vol. 14

About This Album

Many of these songs follow the daily routines and safety rules little kids are learning. Get Ready For School starts with Bebo and his mama waking up, stretching, brushing their teeth, eating breakfast and packing their bags. In Brush Your Teeth, Bebo would rather eat treats before bed than brush, until he wakes up with a toothache and visits the dentist. Don't Open The Door To Strangers shows the little penguins home alone when someone knocks. They remember the rules, keep the door closed and call an adult.

Little Red Riding Hood's Cookie Adventure gives the old story a friendlier ending. A hungry wolf takes her basket of fresh cookies, then says sorry and learns that asking nicely gets him a seat at the table with new friends. The Opposites Song turns pairs like big and small, fast and slow, and hot and cold into a dance.

Both lullabies are about a mother's love. In My Love For You Is Really Strong Lullaby, Mommy Penguin rocks her baby in her arms, and In Your Melody Lullaby has her holding her little one close under the moon and dancing stars.
